Eligibility Criteria Breakdown
For BTech and MSc Students:
- Candidates must maintain a CGPA of 6 or higher.
- Family income should not exceed Rs 4,50,000 per annum.
- Eligible students may receive tuition fee waivers and a monthly stipend of Rs 1,000.
- Additionally, 10% of students meeting the income criteria are entitled to a tuition waiver.
For MDes, MTech, and MS(R) Students:
- Eligible for teaching and research assistantships worth Rs 12,400 per month.
- Dual degree students in their fifth year with a CGPA of 8 or above are also eligible.
For PhD Students:
- Teaching/research assistantships valued at Rs 31,000 per month for the first two years, and Rs 35,000 per month thereafter.
- A travel grant of Rs 1,50,000 for conference attendance, along with a research excellence award.
Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarship Details
- Undergraduate Scholarships: Merit cum means scholarships are available to students with a family income below Rs 4,50,000 per annum and a GPA of at least 6.
- Postgraduate Scholarships:
- MSc Programs: Scholarships are awarded based on the Joint Admission Test for MSc (JAM) rank at admission. Donor-supported scholarships cater to families with incomes between Rs 5 lakh and Rs 9 lakh per annum.
- PhD Programs: Scholarships valued at Rs 50,000 per annum for two years are granted based on academic performance.
