The petitioner claims that the use of the term “Bible” in the title has offended religious sentiments.
Cognisance Taken by the Court
Advocate Christopher Anthony, representing the petitioner, revealed that the High Court has acknowledged the petition’s concerns and issued notices to Kareena , along with Amazon, the platform where the book is available for purchase. They have until July 1 to respond to the court’s inquiries.
