The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) is all set to declare the results of the 2024 Higher Secondary (HS) examinations on May 8. The results, which cover exams conducted between February 16 and 29, will be accessible online at wbchse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in. The announcement will commence with a press conference at 1 PM, followed by the activation of the official results link at 3 PM on the same day.

Students can check their results and download their mark sheets from wbchse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in. Additionally, hard copies of the mark sheets and pass certificates will be available from May 10 at designated distribution centers across West Bengal.

Examination Details

The WB HS Class 12 exams for 2024 were held between February 16 and 29, and the results will be announced at a press conference on May 8 at 1 PM. It’s worth noting that the West Bengal Board has already released the exam date sheets for the 2025 exams, scheduled to take place between March 3 and March 18, 2025.

The mark sheets will contain crucial information such as the candidate’s name, stream, subjects, marks scored, total marks, percentage, qualifying status, and rank. It’s important to note that the online mark sheets available for download are provisional, and students must collect the original mark sheets from designated distribution centers from May 10 onwards.

In the previous year, the overall pass percentage for the West Bengal HS exams was 89.25%, with 7,37,807 students appearing for the exams. Girls achieved a pass percentage of 81.26%, while boys achieved 91.86%.
